One of the very best delphiniums from seed, equal in quality to expensive cutting-raised plants. The tall, sturdy stems of Delphinium Centurion Lilac Blue Bicolor are covered in truly stunning bi-colored blooms with triple-layered petals in lilac and blue shades with a white central 'bee'.

FLOWERING PERIOD: Summer

SOWING TIME: February to April

SOWING: Sow seeds February to April. Sow seeds on the surface of a good free draining, damp seed compost and cover with a light sprinkling of vermiculite. Seal container inside a polythene bag or place in a propagator at a temperature of 50-59F until after germination which can take 21-40 days. Do not exclude light, as this helps germination.

AFTERCARE: For best results, provide a sunny, sheltered site and a deep, fertile, well-drained soil.
